Innovation Network

Managed the development of a knowledge management assessment of communications (internal and external) evaluating knowledge assets, such as contact management systems, and helped Innonet proceed with formal KM initiatives. Lead a market research project, set up and facilitated focus groups of grants managers and IT staff of philanthropic organizations who were interested in the area of program evaluation using web-based technology tools. Served as an interim Director of Technology Development to bridge a transition for Innonet to new technology leadership.

This effort would require a redesign of WIN's operating infrastructure. Egan Consulting assessed project feasibility, offered a comparative analysis with other vendors and valididated the chosen vendor's performance. Project summary findings assisted WIN in its decision to choose a new operating partner, Foothold Technologies.
